The Funky Little Shop's Newest Webkinz

Hi Webkinz Fans:

Well, as I wrote in my last blog, I did not order enough of Love Puppy. Sorry, but they are all sold out and not available anymore. But....

The Funky Little Shop has just received a large order of almost all the Webkinz we ordered:

Of the newest Webkinz from Ganz we have received: Leopard, Persian Cat, Pink Pony, and Bullfrog. It's a tie so far which one is the most popular.

Your earlier favourites in stock now include:

Pig, Cow, Horse, Black Bear, Lion, Elephant, Monkey, Cheeky Monkey, Gorilla, Golden Retriever, Cocker Spaniel, St. Bernard, Basset Hound, White Poodle, Chihuahua, White Terrier, Grey Cat, Orange Cat, Black & White Cat, Stripey Cat, Googles, Unicorn, and Polar Bear.

The Bulldog, Black Lab, Pegasus, Hippo and Pug are all on 'back order'. (This means that as soon as they are available the distributor will ship to me first before any new orders from other stores.)

Just a note. I have been told that if you keep more than 5 Webkinz in one account you could lose data. In other words, your new scooter could disappear and it's not a spooky thief, just shortage of computer processing space. Some of you have lots more Webkinz in your accounts. Let us know when you come in to the store if you've been having problems with disappearing things.

I know Ganz (the maker of Webkinz) has built an entirely new building just to house the computers and people who look after them so that you will not be disappointed with your Webkinz world. How they are keeping up I can't imagine since kids from all over the world are logging on and playing! And not just the kids. I've been told (whispered to me by somewhat embarrassed adults) that both Moms and Dads have been logging into their kids' accounts and playing the games at work or late in the evening while the kids are in bed. They say it's just to get more points for their kid but I think they just plain old like the games.
